Pump wells of private houses

Plastic pumping stations are designed for pumping wastewater from one or more houses to city networks. Pumping stations ensure the collection and pumping of sewage waste water, if the construction of the drainage system of the sub-stream is not possible due to terrain or ground conditions.

Specification of pump wells for private houses

  • The pump wells of private houses are equipped with a DN50 diameter pressure pipe made of high-density polyethylene PE100RC or stainless steel AISI304, according to the customer's choice.

  • The equipment includes a ball-shaped non-return valve , which ensures the flow of wastewater in one direction only, ensures the safety of the consumer from the risk of flooding, isolates it from the common sewage system.

  • In addition to safety and easy maintenance of the non-return valve, a wedge-shaped gate is also provided, which closes in case the non-return valve is not working or needs maintenance.

  • Guides for raising pumps made of stainless steel AISI304, which ensure the raising or lowering of pumps into the well without the need to climb into it, chains are also made of stainless steel for this purpose.

  • The pump, which is activated by a level float , can be set at different heights, depending on the amount of inflowing wastewater, in order to adjust the number of times of switching on, as soon as the set filling of the well is reached - the pump switches on and pumps the wastewater in the tank up to the adjusted shutdown level.

Servicing of pumping wells is:

CONVENIENT

In case the well is full, the pump lifting chain is secured in the upper part of the well, making it easy to reach and lift the pump to assess a possible problem.

EASY

The float mechanism is built into the pump body, so it can be easily removed together with the pump, so there is no need to climb into our pump wells even in the worst conditions and scenarios, although the large internal diameter of 800mm provides such an opportunity.

SAFE

The wells are large enough to have a place to store waste water (buffer tank) for at least one day, so consumers connected to the system can safely use utilities when the system is not working, because the internal equipment of the wells can be completely under water and it will work perfectly when the pump will be restored.

Application of pump wells of private houses

In cases where the sewage system of a private house is located deeper in the ground than the city's postal network and it is not possible to connect to the city's postal network with the postal method.

In cases where a private house is located too far from the city's sewer networks, the construction of the pressure pipe can be done at a fixed depth throughout the route, whereas the depth of the sewer system must be dug deeper after each running meter. Also, the diameter of the pipe is much smaller, which reduces expenses.

Advantages of pump wells for private houses

  • The total volume of the tank is 1000 l

  • Made of high quality materials (PEHD, AISI304

  • In case of flooding, lift the pump easily

  • Pumps from a very reliable manufacturer

  • Automatic restoration of operation in the event of a power outage for a longer period of time

  • Self-anchoring, with concrete filling at the base of the well, which protects mechanisms from the influence of groundwater pressure
